Meaningful Moving Up Experience in a Cinematic Setting On March 20, 2026. Prairie Rose Academy for Youngsters campuses in Montalban, Calawis, and Padilla celebrated their Moving Up Ceremony at Cinema 2, SM Masinag. The event created a memorable experience for the children as they celebrated an important milestone inside a movie theater, where they joyfully saw themselves featured on the big screen. School Principal Ma’am Precy, also President of the MMP Teachers’ Association, shared that while the venue may be costly, the lasting memory created for the children makes the experience truly worthwhile.

Bible Module: Holistic and Transformational Ministry. On March 21, 2026, Mission Ministries Philippines (MMP), in partnership with the Asian Theological Seminary, conducted a Bible module entitled Holistic and Transformational Ministry, facilitated by Dr. Jojo Angeles, ATS Chaplain. The session was attended by 13 students who actively participated in the learning experience.


Celebrating Partnership in Early Childhood Education On March 23, 2026. MMP rejoiced in the successful Moving Up Ceremony of Alay Pag-asa Child Development Center with the theme “Walking in the Right Path.” Alay Pag-ibig, a ministry of Visionaries Christian Church Inc., serves as MMP’s first formal partner under the Ang Mananampalataya na Gumagawa Ministry. MMP continues to look forward to expanding more partnerships under AMG to strengthen its mission of nurturing children in both competence and character.

Unified Celebrations Across Partner Schools From March 25–27, 2026. Shining Light, Hills of Grace Foundation, and Open Heart Children Mission Philippines held their Moving Up Ceremonies with the theme: “Filipino Graduates: Prepared to Lead with Competence and Character.” The theme reinforced MMP’s core advocacy of holistic education that goes beyond academics and emphasizes strong values formation. One of the highlights of the celebration was a puppet presentation led by Teacher Chona, which effectively communicated its message and was warmly received by both children and parents.

A Growing Educational and Community Impact: Cuatro Christian School Inc. MMP gives thanks to God for the continued growth of one of its long-standing partner institutions, which has expanded from a preschool into a full learning community serving elementary and high school students across multiple campuses. Beyond education, the institution has also extended its mission through church and hospital services that reach indigent communities. MMP remains humbled to witness how God continues to bless and expand its impact through compassionate service.

NSTP Cyberbullying Awareness Initiative. On March 9, 2026, a National Service Training Program activity was conducted in partnership with the University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) at Pristine Heritage Academy. The session focused on cyberbullying awareness, with student facilitators leading developmentally appropriate activities designed to help learners understand online safety and prevention strategies. Ronald Mandocdoc and Aida Aquino from MMP , co-facilitated this significant activity.

Bright Morning Star Moving Up Celebration On March 16, 2026. Bright Morning Star Child Development Center in Sariaya, Quezon celebrated its Moving Up Ceremony for young learners, mostly aged four and below. Parents expressed joy as they witnessed their children confidently perform on stage, marking a meaningful milestone in early childhood development. Special recognition was given to Teacher Josie for her faithful service in teaching young children. The school is also strengthened through its partnership with Nordic Harvest Mission Philippines.

Honoring Faithful Service and Excellence On March 17, 2026. MMP rejoiced in the recognition of Professor Bing Amihan, former Board Member and current consultant, counselor, and training facilitator. She was honored as Faculty of the Year at Emilio Aguinaldo College in Cavite, a well-deserved recognition of her excellence and dedication.

Expanding Remedial Reading Partnerships On March 18, 2026. MMP met with Talking Hands (formerly My Children’s House of Hope), a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering Deaf children, to explore partnership expansion in Remedial Reading. The collaboration aims to support communities with a high number of non-readers, in partnership with professors from the University of the Philippines to develop effective reading materials that help children learn to read within a short period of time. MMP looks forward to the successful realization of this partnership.

Equipping Educators, Empowering Children, Expanding Partnerships for Inclusive Transformation

Coaching and Monitoring Visit – Alay Pag-ibig. CDC On February 5, 2026, Mission Ministries Philippines (MMP) conducted a coaching and monitoring visit at the Alay Pag-ibig Child Development Center. The first part of the session focused on classroom observation, where MMP carefully observed how teachers facilitated learning activities. This served as an initial assessment to identify key areas for improvement and future coaching support. The second part of the visit centered on planning and coaching for the upcoming Moving Up Ceremony scheduled for the following month. Emphasis was given to ensuring that the celebration is developmentally appropriate, meaningful, and aligned with the children’s stage of growth.


Spiritual Formation Bible Module. On February 7, 2026, the second Bible module officially commenced under the teaching of Pastor Ronald Hernandez. The course, Spiritual Formation, is part of MMP’s Certificate Course in Early Childhood Education, offered in partnership with the Asian Theological Seminary. This academic program is headed by Teacher Aida Aquino, whose dedication and commitment continue to strengthen and unify the MMP team. We thank God for her faithful, responsible, and wholehearted service to the ministry.


Guest Lecture at DZAS Anniversary Celebration. “On Line Parenting with Mommy Bessie” MMP Director, Dr. Chonabelle M. Domingo, was honored to serve as guest lecturer during the 30th anniversary celebration of DZAS personality Dr. Bessie Rios in an online parenting program. Dr. Rios, a former Executive Director of MMP, began her journey with the organization as host of the parenting program Suplingap, with Dr. Domingo as co-host. Over the years, this program evolved into Memo ni Mommy, which continues to air on DZAS 702. The anniversary celebration was held on February 14, 2026, at City Mall, Tarlac City, coinciding with Valentine’s Day.


NSTP Partnership with UPOU. Mission Ministries Philippines warmly welcomes a new partnership in the area of National Service Training Program through students from the University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU). An orientation meeting was held on February 18 at the MMP Office, where the students presented their advocacy on raising awareness about online bullying. As part of their community engagement initiative, they aim to conduct an orientation seminar in one of MMP’s partner schools. The following day, MMP conducted a school visit to Pristine Heritage Academy to finalize the schedule and provide additional teacher coaching and mentoring. The outreach activity is scheduled for March 9, 2026.


PCMN Participation and OSAEC Advocacy. On February 20, 2026, MMP participated in the Philippines Children’s Mission Network (PCMN), a national faith-based NGO network of child-focused organizations, where MMP is an active member and its Director serves as part of the Board. One of PCMN’s key advocacies is addressing Online Sexual Abuse and Exploitation of Children (OSAEC). In alignment with this, MMP is planning to formally integrate this topic into its Practical Seminar tentatively scheduled for June 2026.


Partnership Exploration with Compassion International. An online follow-up meeting with Compassion International was held on February 25, 2026, to explore possible areas of collaboration with MMP, particularly in the area of Remedial Reading. Both organizations are prayerfully looking forward to the development of this partnership for the benefit of more children and communities.

Special Education Initiative and Training Seminar. The year 2026 marks a significant milestone for MMP as it strengthens its commitment to equip partners in the field of Special Education. This initiative recognizes Republic Act No. 11650, also known as the “Inclusive Education Act,” which promotes policies and services for learners with disabilities in support of inclusive education. In response to this growing need, MMP continues to equip teachers and partners in the area of Special Education. As part of this initiative, MMP conducted a seminar on February 21, 2026, entitled “Special Education for Children: Understanding the Fundamentals of Inclusive Education and Creating Effective Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for Special Learners.” The seminar was attended by 95 teachers who expressed a strong desire to better serve children with diverse learning needs. More SPED trainings and seminars are planned in the coming months.

DAP Sunday School (DAP SS)

SBCC Sunday School Seminar

One of the significant new programs of Mission Ministries Philippines (MMP) is the establishment of Developmentally Appropriate Practice (DAP) Sunday Schools. This initiative was pioneered by MMP in three churches at the Leto Center in Crame, Quezon City.

Last January 3, 2026, MMP successfully conducted a Sunday School Seminar attended by newly recruited Sunday School teachers. The seminar equipped participants with foundational principles and practical strategies for effective DAP-based children’s ministry.

God willing, MMP plans to sponsor face-to-face DAP Sunday School Seminar using the same model, to further strengthen children’s ministry nationwide. This seminar will be held in the venue where the first DAP Sunday School facilitated by MMP was established, serving as living models of best practice.

CEDNET: Christian Educator’s Network

Two significant activities were conducted in partnership with CEDNET:

a) Generous Students Bible Olympics 2026 – January 16, 2026

MMP, together with Pastors Joseph and Sundie, had the honor of serving as one of the judges during the Generous Students Bible Olympics 2026, held at JCSGO Christian Academy. The event celebrated students’ biblical knowledge, faith, talents, and character development.
Beyond the competition, this meaningful gathering opened doors for new connections, allowing MMP to be introduced to several CEDNET partners who may become future ministry collaborators—strengthening partnerships and expanding our outreach.

b) 9th Annual National Bible Day Celebration – January 26, 2026

Held at the SMX Convention Center, Manila, this nationwide celebration brought together Christian educators and ministry workers from across the country. MMP was generously granted 100 free slots, although 25 participants, including MMP staff, were able to attend. Of these, 20 were MMP teachers, and 7 were blessed to win in games and raffle draws, adding joy, fellowship, and encouragement to the event.


More importantly, this gathering paved the way for strategic partnerships, leading to an invitation for MMP to participate in the Christian Revival Conference / Revival Philippines 2026 – RIG Asia on February 26, 2026. Through this event, MMP will have the opportunity to submit a proposal to Mr. Manny Pacquiao, opening doors for expanded ministry impact and collaboration.

In Partnership with Asian Theological Seminary (ATS)

Certificate Course in Early (Childhood Education ECE)

After much prayer, the 13th Batch of the Certificate Course in Early Childhood Education officially opened on January 10, 2026, and will run until July 31, 2027, with 11 students enrolled this semester.
The first module, Bible Introduction, is being facilitated by Prof. Noli Mendoza of Asian Theological Seminary, grounding students in biblical foundations essential for Christian education. The next module, Spiritual Formation, will be conducted on February 7 and 14, 2026.

ATS Christian Education Summit

On January 31, 2026, MMP had the privilege of presenting its ministry through a PowerPoint presentation and showcasing its educational materials at the ATS Christian Education Summit, themed: “ANCHORED: The Bible as the Foundation of Education for Human Flourishing.”

This significant platform enabled MMP to share its vision, programs, and resources with Christian educators and ministry leaders from various institutions. The engagement fostered meaningful collaboration, strengthened partnerships, and inspired a shared commitment to excellence in faith-based education.

MMP Refresher Course : Socio-Emotional Learning (SEL) Seminar

Theme: Socio-Emotional Learning (SEL) for Young Children: Strategies for Fostering Emotional Intelligence, Resilience, and Social Skills in Preschoolers

This seminar focused on practical strategies to help preschoolers recognize and manage emotions, build positive relationships, and develop empathy. The training was participated in by 91 teachers and early childhood practitioners on January 24, 2026

Compassion International Philippines

A strategic meeting was held on January 21, 2026 with Compassion International Philippines to explore how MMP’s technology-based reading programs and instructional books can be integrated into their child development initiatives. A follow-up meeting is scheduled for February 25, 2026 to further discuss collaboration opportunities.

MMP Board – Annual Board Meeting

MMP held its Annual Board Meeting on January 30, 2026, at the MMP Office to review the ministry’s performance, evaluate strategic directions, and finalize plans for 2026.
